二、 蒐集之個人資料類別

4. Data Subject Rights in Accordance with Article 3 of the PDPA

Your statutory rights regarding the personal data retained by the Company are not affected by using “Guest Checkout.” You may exercise the following rights at any time through the contact channels of this official website:

  1. Inquire, request review, or request a duplicate copy of your personal data (the Company may legally charge a reasonable fee to cover necessary administrative costs).

  2. Request supplements or corrections (the data subject must provide correct verification documents).

If you refuse to fill out the necessary personal data required for checkout (such as your name, a valid contact phone number, or a cold-chain delivery address), or if you provide false data, it will result in cold-chain logistics drivers being unable to contact you or a failure to smoothly select convenience store map locations. Consequently, the Company will have no choice but to cancel or refuse to accept the frozen food order.
